About the platform
On June 13, 2022, Law no. 2022-408 on local content in oil and gas activities in Côte d'Ivoire was promulgated by the President of the Republic and published in the Journal Officiel on September 19, 2022. The aim of this law is to ensure that Ivorian nationals are given priority for jobs, and that Ivorian companies in the oil and gas sector are given preference for contracts, thereby fostering the development of national champions in the oil and gas sector.
This platform is intended to be a central tool for the Direction Générale des Hydrocarbures to supervise and ensure the proper implementation of its local content missions and local content development strategy.
Registration
Registration is a crucial step in establishing the company's identity and enabling it to access the platform's functionalities. It leads to validation by the DGH, in accordance with the requirements of the decree. Once registration has been successfully completed, users are invited to pay their membership fees.

Once the registration has been validated, the company chooses the payment method of its choice (credit card, bank transfer or cheque). The payment phase is essential for accessing all the services offered by the market intermediation platform.
