Capacity building
Capacity building is a key lever enabling the various players to formulate suggestions for training content in line with their specific needs.
Through this program, training organizations will be able to offer online or face-to-face courses that respond to these suggestions, as well as training catalogs corresponding more generally to the skills required in all areas of the oil and gas industry. This platform will be specially designed for local content companies in Côte d'Ivoire. Its ultimate aim is to guide them progressively towards certification and empowerment.
